I don’t know of any reason that a roadster (like a Morgan) really needs side windows, but if it does, you could have a split cushion.
The big thing here is that the door is close to you this way, so a window would be crowding.

Or the later Bearcat. Elvis had one of these. Coincidentally (or not) a lot of the lyrics and tune for “Hound Dog” were cribbed almost directly from a song called “Bearcat” just a few years earlier.
